The days after Ringshaugdysten has been used to travel and moving to my new flat. That means less time for exercise, though I should have been able to fit in one or two sessions with more discipline. Clearly something I must work on in the future.
I'll get back to you as soon as I have something to report. Meanwhile, hand in there and work hard!
